Like all other businesses, we understand the current situation with Covid-19 is causing concern and anxiety amongst the population.
Our key focus is the welfare and health of all our customers and installers.
We will be closely following government guidance and act accordingly based on advice from the NHS and Public Health England.
Here are a few commonly asked questions:
Will you still install my greenhouse?
YES.
We are still installing greenhouses in areas that are not affected by local lockdown restrictions.
If your area goes into a local lockdown, your installation date will have to be moved until the lockdown is lifted.
I am shielding - Can you still install my greenhouse?
YES.
We will not need to enter your home and any discussions can be done over the phone or through a window.
I have Covid-19 - Can you still install my greenhouse?
Unfortunately, NO.
If you are due to have your greenhouse installed in the next 14 days after a positive test, please contact us as soon as possible. Your install date will need to be moved back until you and anyone in your household has completed the isolation period and are free from the infection.
